If you have a “PPO” plan, you may still get coverage for our services. We can do this with any insurance company. This would involve paying for services upfront and submitting a receipt we give you called a “super bill”. Your insurance would then process it and send you a check for the reimbursable amount according to your health plan.
A single case agreement is an agreement we make with your insurance company for them to cover our services as if we were in network on a case-by-case basis. We would do this by calling your insurance and making the case that you need coverage with us because there are no other providers in your area or we have a specialty that no one else locally is available to address for you. If your insurance company approves the request, then you’re covered! If not, we are happy to appeal the decision and negotiate a manageable rate for you while we work on the appeal.
